Most of our courses and qualifications can be studied from the age of 12 years old. Most level 3 qualifications will require you to be at least be aged 14 to 16+ years old. Flexible learning for all types of people, achieved entirely online, anywhere in the world. Please ask if you are unsure about the difficulty / level.

After you purchase your course, you receive an email from us at Upskill Online UK followed by one from our learning partners, who will be delivering your course. You will be allocated a tutor and sent full course materials via email.
You will study from an online learning portal which you can access on most electronic devices at any time that suits you.
You will submit work though the online learning portal, where you will have your work and assignments assessed by a qualified tutor.
Exams can be taken at designated exam centres around the UK and overseas. Please ask if you would like us to book exams with your course. Eg. GCSE or A Levels.
You will receive Accountability sessions and speak with a Mentor if you choose to get this additional benefits. This service is free to all of our learners.
You will get a digital boost pack with an updated CV, LinkedIn profile or a business plan for you to follow. You can also get your pathway to success plan that gives you a clear guide in your academic, career or business journey.
We work closely with partners who provide you with quality online course materials, a huge range of accredited qualifications and courses with Tutor support and the added bonus of an Accountability Mentor and Coach to help you take your next steps, keep you motivated and on track to complete your course and achieve your qualification. We can also help you to find a job or a new employee with our recruitment services.
Most of our courses will come with a fully qualified tutor to assess, mark and grade your work. Other courses may require external verification, this will be stated in the course description. You can contact your tutor anytime via email and will receive a response usually within 48 hours. Upskill Online UK offer additional support with accountability sessions with a Coach or Mentor to help keep you on track until you pass your course.
You will receive a welcome email which will have your login details to access your online learning platform and study your course. Please make sure you use an accessible email address and put us on your safe list so our emails or your course materials doesn’t end up in the junk folder. We advise to save it to your desktop or bookmark it to your phone or tablet.
A good basic standard of English language and Maths is advised, as most of the courses will require you to write assignments or take online tests or quizzes to achieve a passable grade. Most of our courses will list any special age or entry requirements for specific courses.
Yes, absolutely. We will mentor you through all courses you purchase through Upskill Online UK. Many of our learners study 3 or more subjects together especially if there is a time constraint eg. Functional Skills Maths and English for entry to university.
Check your emails to see if you have received confirmation of your course purchase. Check your account to see if the money has been allocated to Upskill Online UK Ltd. If no for both of those, refresh the page and try again. We are also happy to take secure payments on the phone if you prefer to enrol with one of our team.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Bank Transfer* (courses will be sent once payment has cleared). PayPal can offer you a pay monthly option and PayPal payments are welcome to help you spread the cost.

You will have a course tutor and an accountability coach and mentor, as well as full course materials to help you through your course. We are happy to exchange the course in a clear case that it is unsuitable, and refunds must be within 14 days of purchase. Please read our refunds and returns policy for full details.
Yes. Most of our online courses are accredited OFQUAL regulated qualifications. They are the same awarding bodies you will get in any school, college or university. You can easily check on the OFQUAL Register of Regulated Qualifications website. Some of our courses are endorsed and are knowledge based certificate courses only.

Accountability sessions can be a video call, email, text or via telephone. We offer this service as standard when enrolled on a course through us.

Upskill Online UK have a national network of UK A-Level, GCSE and Functional Skills exam centres and provide our students with guaranteed exam spaces, including late entries and re-takes in the following locations:

The free online courses, or funded qualifications are delivered through our learning partners; and funds are from the Adult Skills Fund (ASF), provided by the government. It works on a first come first serve basis. Subsequently, the funding will run out – so it is important to enrol as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.
There is also a strict eligibility criteria that must be met in order to be directed to the free online courses, these are:
– Must currently live in England (for 3+ years)
– Must be over 19+ years old
– Live in a qualifying region
– Have valid ID
– Proof of income if employed / Benefits if unemployed
– Must not have completed the same course, or previously attempted to.
